The Relationship Manager is your partner. This person works closely with clients to focus on the long term, strategic business objectives and assist them in optimizing CMC’s ability to drive the best business results. Relationship Managers are focused on the systemic growth of the relationship. They are the client’s strategic partner who stays apprised of the marketplace enabling them to recommend proactive solutions for new products and services.

The Relationship Manager:

  • Focuses on the client, not the cardholder

  • Participates in regular site visits to the client’s facility

  • Hosts client tours and meetings at the CMC location

  • Manages the portfolio with the utmost care “as if it were our own”

  • Reviews trends, analyzes revenue strategies and expense minimization, makes recommendations

  • Works with a broad base of non-competitive clients

  • Leverages knowledge and shares best practices

  • Provides customization while protecting the client’s brand

  • Facilitates the relationship between the client and third-party processing platform such as FDR, TSYS, and Fiserv
